In a verdict on May 12th, 1998 the Land Court of Hamburg decided that, when providing a link, one can be held jointly responsible for the content of the linked site. The Land Court Hamburg has declared, that one can only avoid any responsibility by explicitly dissociating oneself from the linked content. On my website I have added links to sites on the Internet whose content and updates are not subject to the sphere of my influence. |
